This Aeschbach military watch, a classic WWII model, self-winding with a small second hand with an auxiliary dial, is based on the typical models used by the German Luftwaffe and issued by the Reichsluftfahrtministerium (RLM / German Air Ministry) these watches do not remained in the possession of the Luftwaffe pilots and were assigned to them mission by mission, to be returned to the quartermaster upon arrival at the base.
