Cartier 18K Tank Louis w. Deployant Clasp, Small Manual Wind Model, Ref 78087
This model, reference 78087, is the smaller size of the very popular Tank Louis model. Ref: 78087. Altogether, this is a lovely model, in great condition, of a very iconic watch. Two small things to note: One, there is small dent in the caseback (right near the “Paris” hallmark).

Vintage Cartier Tank Louis 21mm adult person watch. Marked 18k. Paris. In working order, I wound it for a few days and it kept time just fine. Blue colored crown, blue hands. Very pretty.
