Seiko “Chariot” Oct. 1978 Notched Palladium Bezel, Linen Dial Japan (2639-8010)
Not only is it rare for a Seiko but for a watch in general to have no seconds hand and yet have a date window, watches usually have one feature or the other, seldom together. The benefits of no seconds hand is to emphasise clean, minimalist design but also for those that don’t like the “tick” of a quartz watch.
